Offline services: As the registration is free to all members so they can always upload their profile on the portal For Artists & vendors: We don’t share contact information of any artist or vendors except their web-addresses on the portal as it can be miss-used. In case if any artist or vendor asks us to provide his/her contact details on the portal than we do that in our own way. We have an option in the portal called ‘ASK FOR MY QUOTATION HERE’. This option is redirected to our e-mail address when the member is unpaid and later when members wants to get the queries directly to them we redirect the e-mail address to their account. For Venues and popular hangouts: All the information of the venues will be available free of cost including their address, contact details, venues details, etc. We can also help venues by means of online booking, online selling, etc. We can also collaborate with them for our BUZZ CARD where they need to allow our portal’s card holder to get attractive discounts / free entries / gift vouchers / others.. For the event managers: When members are non-paid their query comes to our way through the portal, we out-source them to our associated event-managers and coordinators as per the requirements.
By means of which they also get some business as well as their existence in the portal. For events related institutions & Academies: If any institution gets collaborate with us we can upload all the profiles of their students and will redirect all the e-mail addresses of all of their students to institution’s e-mail address, by doing that institution will directly get the queries and close it too. In against of which that Institution will have to ask all its students to upload their profile on www.b4buzz.com and will also have to pay a contractual amount to Drishti Web Technologies Pvt. Ltd. in against of re-directing the e-mail address to their account which can always be charged from the students by the institutions. Institutions like Deejays, Singers, Acting, Dancing, juggling, etc. can be the best collaborators with us. For coordinators: We are offering partnership for the coordinators also! Coordinators are one of the strongest pillars of events industry and without of them any events would be facing terrible problems. Here in our portal they can help us in getting paid artists and Vendors, in against of which they will get a coordination remuneration of Min. 20%. Min. no. of artists or vendors they have to enroll for us is 2 at a time. Above rate is inclusive of the BUZZ CARD cost. The other advantage of the coordinators for enrolling the artists / vendors in www.b4buzz.com would be sharing the queries with the artists they enrolled in the portal. Which means we will not only redirect the Artists’ or Vendors’ e-mail address to their e-mail address but also will also send a copy of the same to coordinators’ e-mail address. Apart from that coordinators can always enroll themselves as a vendor on free or paid basis.
